Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Build a real working website with the builder, hosted on a SinceCode subdomain. No card needed and no surprise charge after 14 days. When you're ready to grow (custom domain, more features, our branding removed), upgrade to Premium.

What happens if I don't use my site for a while?

If nobody logs in for a year, the site is deleted. We email you a warning before that happens, so it is never a surprise — and logging in is all it takes to reset the clock, whatever plan you're on. It's a year of nobody signing in that counts, not a quiet month of visitors.

What's the difference between the plans?

Free gives you a real working website on a SinceCode subdomain. Premium unlocks a custom domain, unlimited pages, all templates, appointments and managed galleries, and removes our banner. Premium + and Premium ++ add more storage, more collaborators, more contact form notifications and longer history. The table above compares every limit.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, in either direction. When you move up a plan we only charge the difference for the days left in your current billing period, so you're never paying twice. Move down and the new rate starts at your next renewal.

How does app pricing work?

Booking is the only app with a price of its own. Every Premium plan includes 75 free bookings, and that is a one-off to get you started rather than a monthly allowance. If you outgrow it, Booking + is £9 a month for 750 bookings and Booking ++ is £19 a month for 2,000, with one-off packs to cover a busy spell. Tier upgrades are pro-rated for the days left in your cycle. Everything else — forms, reviews, the blog and invitations — is built into your plan, on Free as well as every paid plan. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime, no questions. If you cancel, your site stays online for the rest of the period you've paid for. After that, you can downgrade back to the free plan and keep going.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The price you see is the only price. No setup fees, no per-page charges, no surprise renewals.

What do I need to build the site on?

A computer, and that's the lot. Windows or Mac, laptop or desktop, any modern browser — nothing to install and nothing extra to buy on any plan. The editor doesn't run on phones or tablets, so you'll want to be sat at a computer to build the site and to change it later. What you publish is mobile-first and works properly on a phone.

What about custom domains?
