Is there really a human on the other end?

Yes — a real person from our UK team. No bots pretending to be people.

How fast will I hear back?

Within 48 hours, and usually a good deal sooner. Every message becomes a ticket, so nothing gets lost and nothing needs chasing, and it is the same 48 hours whatever you're paying. If something needs proper digging into we'll say so rather than leave you guessing.

Can you actually fix things for me?

With your permission, yes. We go into your editor and put it right ourselves, then tell you what was wrong so you can spot it next time.

Can I edit my site from my phone?

No — the editor needs a computer. Windows or Mac, laptop or desktop, in any modern browser. It won't run on a phone or a tablet, so a change has to wait until you're at a computer — worth knowing before you're out and about and want to put a price up. The published site is a separate thing: that's mobile-first and works properly on a phone.

Is help included on my plan?

Free is not shut out. On any plan — Free included — you can chat to us from the bottom right of your dashboard or email hello@sincecode.com to report a bug or something that looks broken, and the help documents are open to everyone. What a paid plan adds is help with your own site: a real person who will look at your pages and, with your permission, go into the editor, put it right for you and tell you what was wrong. We get to every message within 48 hours whatever you're paying. There's no separate support product to buy on top, and fair use applies.
