Is the enquiry inbox included in my plan?

Yes. Unlimited contact forms, custom fields and the inbox are on every plan, including Free. What changes between plans is how many contact form notifications you get by email each month, and how long we keep your submissions.

Will I get spam through the forms?

Some, probably. Spam filtering runs on every form and catches most of it, but no filter catches everything and we would rather not pretend otherwise — the odd one will get through. When it does it lands in your dashboard rather than your email, so it takes a second to spot and ignore, and nothing real gets buried behind it.

Can I be notified by email?

Yes, up to your plan's allowance. Premium includes 100 contact form notifications a month, Premium + 250 and Premium ++ 500. On Free you get the daily digest instead. Email is the capped part — the SinceCode mobile app, which you can download free, sends an unlimited push notification on every submission whatever your plan, and every one is saved to your inbox either way.

Does it replace my email?

Think of it as a safety net alongside it. Every submission is saved in your dashboard whether or not an email reaches you — so a missed alert, a full inbox or a busy month never loses you the lead.
