All plans run on a 12-month minimum term. After that, your plan continues on a rolling basis and you're free to cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you cancel during the first 12 months, a fair early termination charge may apply based on the work completed.
Once cancellation takes effect, hosting is removed and your website goes offline. However, if you've completed your 12-month term and your account is paid in full, we'll provide you with a copy of your website's static HTML files and assets so you're not left with nothing.
Every plan includes a free subdomain (yourbusiness.sincecode.co.uk). Choose yearly billing and we'll also register a custom domain like yourbusiness.co.uk free for the first year (up to £20 value). After year one, domain renewal is your responsibility — we'll invoice you in advance so there are no surprises.
Each page includes two rounds of revisions. A revision means adjustments to the existing design direction — things like tweaking colours, moving sections, or changing text. If you want a completely new direction or extra pages, that would be quoted separately as a change request.
