Services Provided: SinceCode offers web development services including but not limited to website design, development, hosting, and maintenance.

Payment and Pricing: All prices quoted are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice provided to the client. Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Domain Registration: SinceCode may assist clients in registering domain names for their websites. If SinceCode is providing a free domain as part of a package or promotion, the value of the free domain cannot exceed £20 or its equivalent in the local currency. Any additional costs exceeding this value will be the responsibility of the client.

Content and Intellectual Property: The client is responsible for providing all necessary content for their website unless otherwise agreed upon. The client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the content provided. SinceCode retains ownership of any proprietary software, tools, or code developed during the project.

Project Timelines: SinceCode will provide estimated timelines for project completion. These timelines are subject to change based on factors such as client feedback, revisions, and unforeseen circumstances. SinceCode will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Cancellation and Refunds: If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, SinceCode reserves the right to retain any payments made up to that point. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of SinceCode.

Limitation of Liability: SinceCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use of our services.

Modification of Terms: SinceCode reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
